Contact us for a visit to our office/model to discuss your
log home ideas and plans. Let us answer any questions you may have
about log homes. Begin your log home design process with the Kuhns
Bros. Masterpieces planning kit which is available while visiting our
office.

Once you have decided on your log home plan it is time for a second visit
to our office to discuss the floor plan that you have chosen. We will
now begin the estimate process to see what the cost of the log home
package will be.

The estimate has been received and Mountain Springs has reviewed it with
you. Your next step after receiving your estimate is to place a
$3000 deposit with Kuhns Bros. which will generate a quote and your
preliminary plans. Once all changes have been made and your
preliminary plans have been signed a delivery date can be set. If
interested, once your deposit has been placed you may sign up for the
construction workshop program to learn about the building of your log
home. If you have not placed a deposit but wish to attend you may
do so for a fee. Check with your sales rep for more info.
8.
Delivery day is finally here!!! A certified check made
payable to Kuhns Bros. Log Homes for the balance that is due on your log
package is due before unloading begins. Unloading begins and all
materials are inventoried.
